Banned for typing campion's name

3 days ago when I was playing ranked as usual I saw the champions name wich was "(can't say exactly what it was)". I found that name to be very funny so i pressed enter and typed "(bad word) lmao", so that maybe my teammates could also have a little laugh as i had. And my teammates just answered back with "lol" or something like that, and we continued playing the match as usual.

So the next day I when I open apex I, see that i've gotten banned, so I check my inbox and it says "banned for harassment" and jada jada jada, but obviously I hadn't harassed anyone in any sort of way by typing that. I can understand why i got banned, because the game thought i was calling someone "(bad word)" although I think I deserve an unban as it was a false alarm by the game.

I have contacted EA about it but they haven't answered me back or sone anything at all to help me. Is there any way i could get help faster, or just anything basically?
