BANNED FROM ALGS???

Hi, I used to play ALGS quals with my team today. I've never played ALGS before, so I didn't know there is a way I could get banned. My account is perfectly fine, not banned. I've never had a ban (even for smallest thingies like toxic speech), I've never used cheats in ANY GAME as well. I have few cases for toxic speech, but last is from april, so I guess it's not a real reason. I'm so lost and I have no idea what to do. My teammate told me that he looked at the roster last night and we were good. Then he went to check when is the check-in thing and I was banned for some reason. I GOT BANNED LAST MINUTE... Can you help me?
