Community ManagerEvery dispute is thoroughly investigated. We don't like to take action on accounts, but can't have people breaking the rules. If you didn't have two-factor authentication enabled, that's going to make your account a lot easier to be hacked. It's a lot more secure now that you've enabled it. It would be good to contact an advisor so they can investigate your account for possibly being hacked.

I did go and download my EA data, and it appears that just in the last two days, there were 9 attempts to log into my account from an unknown IP... The logins failed (I'm assuming because I've changed my account info). But the geolocation tags appear to be targeting the login locations being from Karachi, Osmangazi, Qaraghandy, Blida, Astana, Medan, Ha Noi, etc. I'm over here in the US, so these certainly aren't me.
Community ManagerIt sounds like your email address was discovered and people have been trying to log in using it. An advisor can investigate your account for signs of unauthorized logins.
