BANNED WHEN RETURNING TO THE GAME

I had taken a break from apex and I used to play it a lot, ı have arıund 1900+ hours.I stopped for about 1-2 months afterwards.

Anyway my friends called  to play apex so ı open up the game look around my account and then proceesd to buy apex coins and then ı bought the battle pass.

I open up the game, open up the training area,  tries to connect and then it shows "When connecting it shows me that my client got banned"

So I look up how to fix this and wrote an mail to EA HELP and then I look at my bans and ıt says on the 31st JAN 23 when ı was on a break from the game ı was banned. So ı wasn't to worried about it cause ı wasnt playing the game at the time so maybe this was a general ban but was ı wron, So far I have Disputed this 4 times now and keep getting the same answer;

" Hello,

We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision."

Even tho ı ask questions about it ı dont get an answer what specifically what ı did? I have't played the game in months and is getss even more frustrating cause I wasnt playing the game and ım banned and ı feel like ım not being heard here, I just read ıts like we from EA  side is right and you are wrong so you will not play the game. even tho ı bought  A  EA membership and  apex coins, ı dont get at all,  your banned and you can still buy coins? like your banned but you can go into your lobby and see everything as well as you can buy coins that doesnt make sense and if im banned from one game. Why not ban me from all the other games since ı was apparently cheating.

Anyway I have disputed it for 4 times now, And ı feel like nothing will change, ı have OCD, so ım not going to open another account to play ı just eant to play with my friends and ıt bothers me when ı have 2 ı just want one. So ı dont know ıf anyone can help me but it would be great to get an insight. if not ım just going to try andget all my money back delete EA and then never touch EA games cause ıt bothers me that in banned from a game(OCD).
