banned

I got an error message from apex saying my profile didn't meet the age requirement. I went on EA to check, and I noticed I was signed in on an email I have no recollection of creating. I went to change it, and I have 2 factor authentication and found out I cannot change anything, so I went digging and also found out that I was banned on my primary email back in 2023. It says I did something along the lines of cheating or exploiting. I don't recall getting banned and would like to get unbanned so I can use the email for my primary account I would also like to get my email changed to my primary email.

  • I respectfully request the unban of my Apex account. Due to work commitments, I had no time to play Apex after July 8, 2025. Upon logging back in, I discovered my account had been banned, which puzzled me. Later, I found that my Steam account had logged in from a different location before August 1, which was not my own action. This clarified the situation—hackers accessed my Apex account through Steam. I am furious at the account thief. As an ordinary player, I cannot prevent hacker attacks, and such actions should be punished, not blamed on the player. After the ban, my morale plummeted, and I even developed depression. Apex is my sole form of entertainment in life, for which I have invested much effort. I made many friends in Apex, and as someone who grew up in an unhappy family, I found joy only through gaming. I never imagined this outcome. I sincerely hope the esteemed Apex officials will unban my account.

    During this period, I submitted three appeals but received no response whatsoever. I also consulted EA advisors twice, yet they kept telling me to try submitting appeal after appeal. After repeatedly attempting to submit appeals, I discovered that no cases appeared when I checked my cases on EA.help. I don't understand where my submitted appeals have gone or whether the EA advisors I sought can actually help me—instead of just telling me to submit appeals over and over again

    I am writing to formally appeal the unjust ban on my Apex Legends account and to express my deep frustration with the entire process.

     

    I am a long-time, rule-abiding player who deeply loves this game. After a period of inactivity, I logged back in to play. My first match in the Outer Worlds went smoothly without any issues. In my second attempt, I queued for a ranked game but was unexpectedly placed into a casual match. Midway through this match, my account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or explanation. I was completely confused and shocked, as I have never violated any of the game’s terms of service or engaged in any form of cheating, hacking, or toxic behavior.

     

    I immediately began the appeal process, submitting four separate appeals through the official channels. Shockingly, nearly all of my appeals received identical, automated AI responses with no meaningful review or human oversight. This lack of care and accountability from EA is deeply upsetting and disrespectful to loyal players like myself.

     

    After four failed appeals, I noticed that the ban record on my EA Help account had completely disappeared. However, when I attempt to log into the game, I am still met with the same "account banned" message. This contradiction has left me even more frustrated and confused—there is no record of a ban, yet I am still locked out of my account with no way to resolve the issue.

     

    I have tried every possible method to connect with a human support agent to resolve this, but all paths lead back to automated tools or forums, with no way to speak to a real person who can review my case. This is unacceptable. I have heard countless reports of high-privilege players abusing the system to ban innocent users after being killed in matches. Is it true that regular, loyal players like myself are denied even the basic right to appeal a wrongful ban?

     

    This is a clear case of neglect and unfair treatment by EA towards its ordinary player base. I demand a full, manual review of my account by a human agent, the immediate reversal of this unjust ban, and a proper explanation for what has happened. I have invested time and passion into this game, and I deserve to be treated with respect and fairness.

     

    Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to a prompt and just resolution.

  • It’s has been saying my account has been disabled and blocked and I have done nothing wrong
