banned

I apologize if my wording is a bit strange.

I was banned on September 1, 2025, at 1:47 PM.

I have absolutely never used hacks, not even once.

I have been hacked multiple times. I was able to verify this evidence through EADATA. I even submitted this as proof when I inquired about it.

However, I have only received the same response.

Since I always log in via Steam, even when I submit my payment history from both Steam and EADATA, I only receive the same response.

What should I do? They have blocked me from filing an appeal anymore, and is it impossible to lift the ban on my account? I feel so wronged. What should I do? No matter how much I explain that these are hackers, they won't listen and just keep saying it is a justified measure.
