Can’t ready up

I can someone please help me .So I just downloaded apex and told me started tutorial but I was lagging so close to text my network. Go back into the game try ready up but it was processing. The game mode say I rank but I know you can’t change mode without finishing tutorial so I’m trying switch the mode but can’t do it . And ea support not helping
