This is clearly a glitch, I'm getting the EXACT same problem. It tells me 'reservation - error time out', and then it gets in, I'm able to connect to a server, and I get a pop up message saying BANNED. I've only been playing 3 days and have a K/D of 1 and have never spoken to a single person in the game. This is clearly a bug on PC.
Its been about 2 or 3 weeks now that my account has been getting stuck on the loading screen every time I try to get into a match, I have to either restart the game and I can play one game before it happens all over again or I just wait for the game to send me back to the main menu only for it to give me a error message "Unable to connect - reservation timed out". Its not anything related to my connection or my pc as I reinstalled the game, flushed the DNS. Just to make sure it wasn't my pc, I tried using another account on the same pc and its worked just fine, I could play as many matches as I wanted. I even tried contacting the EA customer services they sent me here, really frustrating as I haven't been able to play the game for a while and I've spent money in the game, I can't level up my battle pass as a result. I feel I should be compensated if I'm not able to complete the battle pass at the end of the season.
