Everyday performance issue

Has been continuously going for the last 3 to 4 days, drops fps to 18 then bumps up to between 30 to 80 but looks like it can’t ever find the right one, it struggles to maintain a stable fps, constant lag and freezing, then before you know the lag and freezing has made the game crash..
