'Banned'/Reservation Timed Out

Out of nowhere I got kicked out of a game awhile ago and now I keep on instantly getting kicked out of a match with a message saying I got "banned" (see picture) and on my first time trying to log in I would get a message saying that reservation timed out, but then I would be able to log back in right after. Trying to get in a match however, I would immediately get kicked and show me the 'banned' message again.

I've tried repairing the game files but it didn't seem like origin reported anything wrong with it

    Its been about 2 or 3 weeks now that my account has been getting stuck on the loading screen every time I try to get into a match, I have to either restart the game and I can play one game before it happens all over again or I just wait for the game to send me back to the main menu only for it to give me a error message "Unable to connect - reservation timed out". Its not anything related to my connection or my pc as I reinstalled the game, flushed the DNS. Just to make sure it wasn't my pc, I tried using another account on the same pc and its worked just fine, I could play as many matches as I wanted. I even tried contacting the EA customer services they sent me here, really frustrating as I haven't been able to play the game for a while and I've spent money in the game, I can't level up my battle pass as a result.  I feel I should be compensated if I'm not able to complete the battle pass at the end of the season.

  • It's account related issue not a pc one, you know how I know? I've tried everyone one of them.

  • Can you help me? I am having the exact same problems as everyone else. I was being forced to quit the game due to the servers and there were multiple times where there was an error code. At the end, it says client's game account has been banned. I contacted support and they said the reason why I got the ban was because I disconnected from too many matches. In my opinion, I think this is unfair. I got disconnected due to the servers and current state of the game. In addition, I just paid quite a bit to get the Rampart Heirloom which I did. But the very next day I get banned.

    Hi there, @damaruu.

    There's a patch scheduled to be released today. Let's see if that resolves this issue. You can keep an eye on Respawn's Twitter for updates. They should make an announcement when the patch is live.

  • Hello. It has been a couple of months and there has not been a fix on my account. I checked my cases to see if there have been any changes but all it says for the status is "fixed".

    I see the sanction was removed from your account. If you're still receiving a message saying you're banned, please contact an advisor here so they can look into this.

  • Im also having this problem. hadn't played in a few weeks and decided to hop on, get the new character and BP. after two games i tried loading into the third but was kicked before character select with a message saying "player violated terms and was banned". i tried opening several cases all of which i was told the ban was correct and that they'd no longer help me on the matter. ive never cheated once and have been playing since day one. at this point at the most id like is the ban lifted or at the bare min id like is an explanation as to why i was banned so i can prevent the problem in the future. can anyone help me with this please?
