i bought the premium battle pass + from EA app and the purchased was completed successfully and the transaction from the card is done after that i opened the game and nothing happened the battle pass didnt activated dont know why its been 4 days
i downloaded the game from EA and worked out (i was playing on steam)
K_El-Kashif_K Yeah, when you buy the pass on any platform's store, you would need to sign into the game from that platform.
Luckily, since you bought it through the EA App, you were able to login through the EA App to activate the pass. (For example, if you had bought it on a console, you'd be out of luck unless you owned that console as well).

I got the same issue but first thing make sure you brought the battle pass in the right account
