Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85??? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hey everyone,

Thanks again for the patience while this was under investigation.

This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.

你好哥们，我的账号被重置了，我的等级和金币都没了，在被重置之前我的账号有82级和29900金币，被重置已经两周了，还没有修好，请帮我找回我的账号数据，谢谢。顺便说一句，这个账户是在4月3日重置的。重置帐户的电子邮件地址为：[编辑：电子邮件地址已删除]。这几天玩了一会儿，现在的账号等级是两级的，上次修的时候还了一部分币，大概是18000个币吧。
