Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

I went into the game today and a window popped up asking me to purchase the entire Battle Pass for 9999 Apex coins. 
The Battle Pass has been completed for a week now (premium). 
I decided to take a look, go to the Pass page and see that I am being asked to buy it. 
I went to Loadout, and there were skins that were not directly for sale and my skins were missing. 
I decided to check what and how. I purchased a legendary skin on HAVOC, but I couldn’t use it. 
The materials were written off. What to do in this case?

After the recent account reset  back 3months and then returned, i have still not received the battle pass back what do i do?

Purchased the Tactical Trendsetter bundle, no lstar skin. Instead got a white rarity level mastiff skin. My battlepass is locked, again. Still have the 110 r99 skin and everything but the pass itself shows that it’s locked. Missing stats again as well.

I lost all my battle pass premium items it costs 9999 apex coins to buy again and I can't equip any skins 

I have a few guns on my account that I recorded earlier that I can't access the skins too and honestly I'm wondering why 

I got “kicked out” from premium battle pass, though I bought it at the start of the season, pics included 

My account name is Shinobimaru, I utilize Steam to play apex and my Premium pass was removed. I want either the payment refunded or the pass reinstated.

The shop allowed me to use crafting materials to buy The Gold Dragon G7 Scout skin this morning around 10:30am PST, however it will not let me equip or use it? I would like to use this skin, or if this is a shop error I would like a refund of my hard earned crafting materials. Attached is a picture showing that I purchased the skin, but it is bugged and won’t let me equip it. Thank you in advance for your help.

I keep logging in and the skins change and I keep alternating between owning BP and not owning it but the charms are still the same like I’ve unlocked season 19 ranked charms and random diamond charms (I’ve started this season) and one of the charms is what I can assume the new octane shark skin that has been leaked 

Apparently a glitch in the matrix it has returned.
