I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85???

This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.
I finished the battle pass up to level 104 and all premium levels are still locked after the supposed fix. There are a number of skins unlocked in my account that I can’t use, but I can still see.
Its been a month, and mine hasnt returned yet. i sent tickets with receipts from steam and my card, it says its fixed but it isnt.
A lot of my old battle pass skins and progress seem to have gone missing...

After updating season 21 on pc steam i have lost 2000 gold coins and 12.5 k crafting materials in apex legends. my registered in game name in apex is : rahulsethi8
