Been crashing anytime between 30mins - 1 hour Ever since apex released.

Hi,

So I don't know if this is some sort of sick twisted joke, but I have been crashing every single day since the RELEASE of apex over a year ago, I have finally had enough of this, I am sick to death of it, if you can't be bothered to fix your game, then why should I allow you to keep my money for a product that is faulty? I have paid around, or a little over 150 pounds when the first apex event happened, EVEN WITH THESE BLODDY CRASHES, I am SICK OF IT, NO THE ISSUE IS NOT ON MY SIDE!

I have done the following

- Reinstalled the game 50+ times

- Cleared my cache 50+ times

- Ran disk defrag on my ps4 (also known as re-initialization) 50+ times

- NO THERE WERE NOT ANY DAMN UPDATES

- NO I DO NOT HAVE VOICE TO TEXT SET IN MY OPTIONS

- NO I DO NOT HAVE A PS CAMERA ATTACHED TO MY CONSOLE

- NO I DO NOT HAVE FACE RECOGNITION SET TO 'ON' ON MY PS4

- NO I HAVE NOT GOT ANY SORT OF EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE ATTACHED TO MY PS4

I have lost hundreds of wins, thousands of points (in ranked) and kills. NO THE CONSOLE IS NOT AT FAULT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN ON ANY OTHER GAME APART FROM APEX! How would you feel if you had to take a gamble every single time you tried to play a game every 30mins - 1 hour?? EVERY SINGLE UPDATE CHANGES THE TIME WHEN I CRASH!

I can't even enjoy the game with my partner because of the crashes, and it is frustrating as f**k, let me guess support is going to post saying that I should try to reinstall the game and run the options mentioned above right??

IF EVIDENCE IS NEEDED, I HAVE AN ENTIRE BOOK WORTH OF CRASHES FROM APEX. 

I think it is abysmal, atrocious, and disgusting how this issue has not been resolved for me, I know others out there experience this issue, it does not happen to any of my friends, just me, so why is it that my console is randomly selected to crash without cause every single 30mins - 1 hour? I can't even livestream the game ffs cause I would have to restart my application every 30 mins - 1 hour, AND EVEN THEN I STILL CRASH FFS, WTF IS GOING ON WITH YOUR GAME SUPPORT? YES A "RECONNECTING" FEATURE WOULD BE ANNOYING IN A FIGHT, BUT I WOULD RATHER THAT HAPPENED, THAN A DAMN CRASH WHERE I AM UNABLE TO WIN BECAUSE OF THE GAME. Just yesterday I lost out on killing 3 other teams all at once in the final circle with gibraltars ultimate, because the game crashed, what other options does support have for me? Cause this option is CLEARLY NOT on my side.
