Crash/freeze on start

I’m experiencing an issue with Apex Legends on my PS4. The game gets stuck on the startup screen and never proceeds, even though my PSN connection test shows “Access to PSN: successful.”

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Verified that my PSN account is working properly and can connect online.

Reinstalled Apex Legends multiple times; the game works temporarily right after reinstall but gets stuck again after restarting the console.

Deleted saved data for Apex on my PS4.

The problem seems specific to Apex and possibly related to my EA account or server-side license issues.

Could you please investigate and assist in resolving this?
