My game data is gone. Please help me.

MWmiaowu​ Two things:

• Are you signed into the same EA Account? (Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account)
• Are you playing on a platform account, (Xbox, Steam, etc.), and still have those accounts linked? (unlinking can cause data loss)

However, do know that Cross Progression was rolled out to players in October of 2023, which sadly any banned, (or previously banned), accounts were excluded from the Cross Progression merge, (if you were banned prior to Cross Progression hitting your account, then your Apex progress and data wasn't merged).
