Not allowing change of resolution. (I have alr tried many many solutions)

Resolution will not allow to change out of 1280x720. When I first launch the game it is at 1920x1200 resoltuion (my native) but it shows 1280x720 and when I try and change xyz settings in the video panel it will show the real resolution of 1280x720 all pixelated etc.

I have tried solutions like videoconfig and setting it to read only even making a shortcut with -fullscreen -width=1920 -height=1200
, changing nividia control panel settings. etc. Will not work, Im on windows 11 and armour crate does not show any GPU or CPU updates.  And my computer is not like crazy level so I need to be able to change settings down lower so I can get better FPS but It doesent matter if everything is super pixelated.

    I fixed the issue myself, what I did was set my GPU preformance in armour crate to ultimate instead of standard and I followed these steps in game. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/amld9VER11M 

    I don't know which one actually helped but both help in general if you want more fps, but I don't know  what happened why nothing else helped if nothing else ever works its most likley your GPU.
