Big Stutters Starting Only A Few Days Ago (Post-Beast of Prey)
Hey there,
Posting as I'm frustrated and annoyed. Can't play ranked since this started and can't find a solution. Other posts about stuttering have different symptoms, usually network issues or hardware limitations which I am not facing so I decide to make another post.

Stuttering happening randomly while on the ground (doesn't seem to happen in the plane) on all 3 maps + both gun run maps. Would say it happens every 15-60 seconds and continue through the entire match. This doesn't seem to be a texture download issue given the consistency even if I'm doing a straight 3-4 hour session.
No error icons appear. I just get a huge stutter as bad as half a second which completely throws off any close range fights when it occurs.
Never lag / stutter in lobby. No sound / music issue as other people have mentioned.
CPU usage remains low, GPU usage hits up to 95%
Superposition runs smooth, no drops. Have also been playing Neon White on Ultra settings 1440p and no issues there either. So this is very much an Apex issue.
Hardware specs:
EVGA FTW 3080 12GB (stock)
i9-9900K (stock because apex sucks and crashes with OC)
32GB @ 4000 mhz RAM (4 sticks)
850W Gold PSU
1440P LG monitor 165hz
Windows 10 Pro
Boot drive / apex install drive is a 2TB NVMe WD Black.
Bios is up to date and on the only recommended version (due to security)
Launching through Origin. Frame locked to 200 fps which I maintain at all times when stable.
EVGA X1 HWM shows completely stable clocks for both core and memory. Memory utilization is stable. Temps stable (60C). When the stutters happen there's absolutely nothing showing up here on X1.
On Task manager however, I usually get a drop in GPU utilization when the stutters happen.
Nothing running in the background besides discord which is not utilizing GPU.
Tried with and without Origin overlay as well as with/without Geforce Overlay.
Tried the recommended videoconfig "fixes"
Tried repairing
Reinstalled the game already***
Tried driver version 516.94 and 517.48. Game was completely stable on516.94. And 517.48 for about 2 days before the stuttering, rolling back did not change this. I did a clean driver install when rolling back.
Tried fullscreen and borderless window
Tried different video settings including different VRAM usage as well as low / high settings.
Tried with/without "Disable Fullscreen Optimization"
Tried with/without admin priv
Already using Google DNS servers
Exceptions already added in windows firewall
Tried with/without cpu priority changes
Tried SFC (no errors)
Tried checkdisk (no errors)
Tried vsync on/off
At this point I'm exhausted trying fixes. I don't even want to play ranked right now because of this issue. These issues did not start with the beast of prey event. I had a great time playing for about a week before the issues started.
*** Reinstalling the game seemed to have temporarily fixed the issue for about a day, then the same issue started happening again.
