Bind specific heals on controller?

Not sure if this is the right forum (sorry if not!). My question is: Can console controller players bind specific heals to specific buttons?

I know that PC players can bind every type of heal to a specific button so that they can instantly start healing with the correct item (e.g., MnK players can press "4" to apply a battery, "5" for a shield cell, etc.). But, as far as I know, console controller players can only either: [a] start immediately healing with the item currently selected by tapping up on the D-Pad (for Xbox), or [b] hold up on the D-Pad, select the correct healing item from the wheel, then press up again to start healing with the newly selected item. Option [b] is especially cumbersome because it requires the player to simultaneously: [1] remove the left thumb from the joystick (meaning no movement) and hold up on the D-Pad, and [2] use the right thumb to select heals (meaning no turning). As you can imagine, this puts controller players at a disadvantage, as we often need to waste precious time during fights to stop and change to the correct heals.

So, again, is it possible to bind specific heals to specific buttons for console controller players? If not, could EA/Respawn consider adding that functionality to the settings?

P.S., for someone with an Xbox Elite Controller or SCUF, there is no shortage of buttons available to do these keybinds.
