cdpp16 Sorry, both hacked and banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums.

- For banned accounts, please contact the EA TOS Team - EA Help | EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
After contacting EA, you would need to wait for a reply.
Note: Every player can appeal their EA Account ban up to 3 times. If a player isn't unbanned on their 3rd appeal, that does mean that the ban will be upheld.
