I purchased the bloodhound
edition for Xbox. I did not receive my 1,000 apex coins after redeeming the code. This is a known issue and has been posted on the EA Forums. This issue is still ongoing in 2024 despite Community Managers EA_Blueberry and EA_David claiming this was fixed already in a previous forum post.
@Tikihut101Continuing my previous post. I am getting the run around from both EA help live chat agents and Xbox Live chat Agents. I have been told by Xbox agents that Apex coins can only managed with the developer’s servers. This confirms that EA is responsible for providing me the missing 1,000 apex coins. I have already submitted a claim with multiple attachments. This issue needs to be resolved by EA finally. I paid for this content and expect it to be delivered. Thanks

cases are automatically being closed and I no longer am given the ability to chat with EA live agents. My emails have received no responses. How is this acceptable? Only EA has the ability to grant coins and they refuse to take accountability. They will not send me the coins that I am owed. I have the lifeline edition of apex coming in the mail today. I can’t wait to get screwed over with the 1,000 apex coins from that edition too. This is absurd!!!
