bloodhound heirloom set

So with this Halloween event the notes say you get all the cosmetics and you can get the lifeline heirloom thing for "free" now i don't know the prices for the cosmetics or anything but i would like to know if i can get the Bloodhound heirloom i am a bloodhound main i wanted tat * but i wan't about to spend over 320 AUD to get it and they say you can get it within 500 apex packs yeah well i mean they said the same about the wraith and well lemme see i have opened 604 and i never got it i have a note pad on how many i have opened and i keep count (i like numbers) so at this rate i will never see the bloodhound heirloom and that's upsetting
