Hey nice Devs,
I’ve had a couple blue screens happen to me since this latest patch for the Old Way event. The first few times it gave me match forgiveness but now it’s giving me abandon penalty when it’s not in my control. I’ve had to lose time and RP over this. Is there a way to resolve this? I would attach a video clip but I play on the PS4 so I can’t post on my phone

Community Admin@csirikul12 Hey, by "last patch", do you mean yesterday or the update a few days ago? When did you last experience such a crash?
Do you happen to recall the error code you got? I assume it's ce-34878-0 but best to double check.
Unfortunately we are seeing some reports of stability issues on PS4 for some folks, so any info you can provide may help.

Hi this is also happening to me on ps4 it’s happened at least 5 times and lost 48 rp each time is there anyway I can get the rp back? Thanks in advance
I've had this happen to me at least 10 times a day since the old ways event started and that's not being exaggerating. Its frustrating as hell to lose to and be penalized for something I have no control over. Almost about done with this game all together now

Hi devs, so me and many of my friends were experiencing frequent blue screen crash during ranked games, (it crashes when you're selecting legends or first got on the ship). And I thought this bug was fixed during the OLD WAYS event update, since I haven't seen it for few days. But today, I got 2 blue screen crashes back to back, making me lose 192RP (diamond entry + penalty not my fault), OK, I restarted my ps4 played a game, it was fine, after that game I restarted my ps4 again to be secure, just as I thought, IT CRASHED AGAIN, another penalty for 96RP. I was really upset, I hope that you guys can give back the penalty RP, it happened at least 5 times this split, I just ask for the 3 penalties happened today, 288RP in total.
I really hope you guys can fix this problem as soon as possible, this is affecting a lot of people including big Youtuber SoarKobi.
And yes, the code is something CE-something.
Why do I get random errors in this game I tried all the steps I can find and I did it it still doesn’t stop them please help. If this keeps happening I might just quit.
