Bought a skin in anniversary event but price changed to half after 10 minutes

when the anniversary collection event came out i was excited because i would be able to get skins for half the price so i went and bought a skin not realizing the price was still 2400 crafting materials, so i waited thinking  that i would get 1200 crafting materials back but i haven't. Im still waiting for some kind of refund since i was basically charged double. Im on playstation and my gamertag is Flyingg_Pickle.
