Bought a skin in anniversary event but price changed to half after 10 minutes

when the anniversary collection event came out i was excited because i would be able to get skins for half the price so i went and bought a skin not realizing the price was still 2400 crafting materi...

Yeah me to I brought the bloodhound skin and it charged me double and then it went dont to 1200 like a couple minutes later
