Bought Apex coins but recieved nothing
I spent 9.99 on Apex coins and didn't receive the coins. I then bought another 9.99 worth of coins to try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but to no avail. I checked my bank account and saw I was charged though so I contacted support and they told me to show them a proof of purchase by screenshotting the purchases in my origin account, but its not even showing my purchases in there at all. I then went to Microsoft xbox because the charge is showed as Microsoft xbox in my bank account, but they also cant see any charges in my account. I just want my 10 dollars worth of coins and the second 10 dollars back since that was just to test if it was really not working.
