#BP_S20_NAME/problem processing game logic

Same issue here PS4 see attached.

Changing the languages of the PS4 to English UK worked for me . THX,!!!

Changing language to United Kingdom also works on PS4 thanks for the advice 🙂

My problem is since the the new event update on season 20 I can't  play anymore on ps5. I tried on the ps4 to but it doesn't work either. Is see error codes like " #Bp_s20_name , #mainmenu_retry and #multiplayer _not_avaible_Multiple_login" .

Is a real bad timing a bought packs and even the battlepas I hope you guys can fix this iam waiting almost 2 weeks and there was like 10min ago a small update.

I’m stuck on start up

I have been playing apex legends on my ps4 for some time and recently got a ps5, I have just now downloaded apex legends but on the ps5 version. The problem is that I don’t get past the start menu where u press a button to get into the game. All I see is the normal background but when I try to press any button to keep going it sends me to a screen looking like the background of the first screen I was talking about but without the main legends. Then a text message is on the left bottom side of the screen saying:

There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again later. Then these line come up to divide the first text to another text stating: 

Error formatting and localizing number “1” “0”.

i reckon these are the coding number used in the game and what I have understood is that they are malfunctioning or someway of not working as I have tried countless ways to try to make the game work as I really want to play it. I tried looking for data to transfer from ps4 to ps5 version of the game but had no luck. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I COULD DO.

What did you do? Please help me
