Broken queue

I am having an issue, my game was working perfectly fine the other day but now when I try to find a game and start the queue it will have me sit there and won’t ever go above 3 players found even if I sit in the queue for a half hour, every other game I play I have no issues it’s just with apex. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

(my internet connection is fine I can play all other games without issue, I have reset my game and console, and I have reset my internet connection)
