Hey folks,
Many of you have mentioned using a dual-monitor setup. In those situations, is Apex running on your primary or secondary monitor?
Aside from monitor setup, can you try launching with all other peripherals (camera, controllers, mic/headset, etc.) removed/unplugged to see if there's any difference?
Please let us know if the steps below help at all as well. Note by trying these steps, we're not trying to suggest the issue lies with a particular monitor/peripheral, but that can help us narrow down what's causing this to happen and address it faster. Thanks!

Saw this on a Reddit thread, hope this helps.
“Fixed it by unchecking "force use proton version" or smth like that in steam”

Close whatever background programs that uses overlay.
Mine was I can't move my mouse but on menus ok.
Step by step enable what programs you ran that cause the mouse stop function.
My background programs was MSI Afterburner & Rivatuner.
Remove them and I was able to play. Later I updated Rivatuner to latest version and tried.
No problem later on. I will continue to monitor mine tonight if same issues occur.
For those asking required login, may need to enable steam overlay if you're on steam.
So much trouble after updates.
