@EA_Mako I was running Apex on my primary monitor when the issue happened.

There must have been an incompatibility problem between Rivatuner beta 3 and/or OBS feature "capture mouse movement" when projecting to 2nd screen (for dual pc streaming) with the latest Apex. After uninstalling rivatuner and changing "capture mouse movement" off obs projector feature everything started to work again splendidly.

Actually the game is unplaybly laggy so i am not converting to a paying customer this season (or ever).
