If you're on a teen account there might be some parental controls set up to prevent in-game purchasing. That's something that would need to be changed from the parent account in the privacy settings.

It sounds like this might be happening due to an age restriction on the EA Account. If the date of birth on the account is under a certain age it would block the ability to make purchases until it ages up to an adult account.

Community ManagerAre you also on PlayStation? If so, try power cycling your console to see if that helps.
If you're still running into the same message afterward I'd recommend getting in touch with PlayStation support so they can take a look. I'm afraid we don't have any visibility into the PlayStation payment system from our side. They should be able to see if there are any issues that would be preventing you from buying coins.
