I am on Xbox One. And when I click “Invite Friends” while in the main lobby, I only see my Xbox friends and not my friends on other platforms (Yes they have me added back) I have crossplay enabled on my Xbox and also on Apex itself. This is a very annoying issue as it makes it hard to invite since they aren’t showing up 🙂 If anyone has any idea as to what’s happening I would appreciate it. I looked around and couldn’t find someone with this specific problem.
I'm having the exact same issue right now. Friends I was playing with last night I can't find who are crossplay.
You're not alone, I'm having trouble too since my friend is on Playstation and I am on Steam and can't find him in my friend list.

Same issue, we play everyday PS4-Xbox Series S, just yesterday everything was ok, and now I cannot add my friend neither can they. I've checked my EA privacy settings, in-game cross-platform settings, everything seems fine yet still we can't play together.
I am also have same issue. I am on ps5 and trying to connect with friend on stream pc and cant find each other on friends list.
This is happening to me too! The cross play option is actually greyed out on my settings too so I can’t even touch it. Help us 😭
Same here was playing with my boys until 12 hopped off for lunch and now we can’t see each other and we are both online
