Hey I’ve been trying to purchase coins. I have previously and no problem but now I get error code 0x89245302. Contacted Xbox and they said there’s nothing wrong on their end.
i have tried hard resetting my Xbox
deleting and re-adding payment
purchasing directly from in game store and Xbox store
Nothing is working
Same issue here, but on PC/Steam. Purchased Apex Coins, Steam wallet funds were successfully deducted and I got a receipt, but the coins are missing in-game. It seems like EA servers are currently having sync issues with validating purchases across different platforms. I already opened support tickets with both EA and Steam. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon.
