Missing Apex Coins after successful Steam purchase

Hello. I purchased Apex Coins via Steam, but they were not credited to my in-game account. Steam support confirmed that the transaction was successful on their end, and I have a receipt. Please help. Thank you!

    Hey Where1sMyTeam​,

    Maybe this is a silly question, but have you done a complete restart of Apex Legends in case that makes your coins appear? Sometimes it can also just take 24 hours for your content to be properly reflected in-game. If you still don't have it by then, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team with your proof of purchase, and they should be able to help get you your coins.

    Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've already tried completely restarting both Apex Legends and Steam multiple times, but the coins are still missing. It's been a while since the purchase.

    I also tried reaching out to the live support team and even got a case number (#250829299), but the live chat disconnected and now the website says "This issue isn't supported by advisors" when I try to reconnect. I've already submitted a ticket to Steam support as well with my proof of purchase. Is there any way you could help look into my case or escalate it? Thank you
