Can’t claim First-Time Apex Coins Bonus – I -Game Store Bug

Hi, I’m trying to claim the First-Time Purchase Bonus for 2000 Apex Coins +1000 bonus but when I click on it in-game, nothing happens at all.

The offer is showing as available, but I’m not redirected to the purchase screen. I don’t want to miss out on the bonus by buying outside the game.

Please help me fix this or apply the bonus manually — I have screenshots and can record it.
