Can’t do anything but play matches

I can’t access the store, the events tab, the legend tab or skins/weapons and nothing has worked to fix it (restart console, switch dater center, switch wireless connection, uninstall etc). I can play a match on any game mode but can’t access anything else and I want to redeem my event currency on the event shop. I can’t access the menus and would like some help please to fix this.
