Can’t play with my brother
Ever since cross progression my account and my brothers account merged and we can no longer play together only 1 account can play now is there a way to fix pls let me know

Heya,
If your accounts got merged, that would mean that you were playing with platform accounts linked to the same EA Account.
It's intended that only one person plays on an EA Account, in fact you are not supposed/allowed to share an EA Account.
From what I understand, they cannot undone what has been done, as all progress is stored on the EA Account, and there is no way to bring it over to another EA Account.In this case, all that can be done is to unlink the platform account that one of you is using, and link it to a new EA Account.
If one of us unlinks and links it to a new account what dose that do?
As the data is stored on the EA Account itself, the platform account that is being unlinked will no longer have access to the progress it previously had. They can start playing on the platform account and the progress that they make from that point on will be stored on the new EA Account.
