Can’t see my username on apex.tracker.gg

I wanted to see my stats on apex.tracker.gg but I can’t find any of my account but I can see my friends account and he just started this year

    That's a third party website which isn't managed by Respawn or EA. If you're having trouble with it I'd recommend getting in touch with the site owners to see if they can help.
