After logging in for this wave of cross progression my accounts linked, but only my ps4 and pc accounts not my switch account. On top of that I don't have any of my skins, trackers or heirlooms from my ps4 account. Is anyone else experiencing this and will i get my stuff back or is it just a mistake on ea's part?

Hey @pogassdevil Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the primary account in any way.
The highest level account is selected automatically by the system.
- @CH1LD1SH444 Been emailing them constantly asking for help with the same exact problem. They seem to not want to help anyone regarding this, including making the support page useless and these forums nobody uses.
- @dasweatervest yeah I've been in contact with ea help chat since last Friday and all they do is tell me what my issue then had it off to some else who I have to explain everything too again. At this point I don't even want to play the game anymore
Than why did my account merge to the lowest ranked account when I re linked my account??
I've been waiting since season 4 for the cross progression so that I could have the battlepass skins from season 3 that were on ps4. And so, finally it was added, but when I connected, my progress on ps4 was literally replaced by the one on the PC. What should I do?

Hey @vasta12121,
The only time progress should disappear completely is if the platform was unlinked.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Was your PSN account linked to another EA account previously before getting connected to the current one with your PC progress?
