Can I get help form an actual human from EA support?

So my account got permanently banned for such a mild offense in my opinion and I didn't even get notified about it before I got banned. I got banned for having an offensive name, which I didn't think...

It's ridiculous man, the fact that the team who got the authority to ban is completely secluded and the only way to contact them is email which they don't even read, create a new account is outrageous dude
