Can I merge two accounts from the same platform.
I had another ps4 account that I can’t log in too I do have access to the ea account, but I did a new ps account with a different ea account is there any way to merge those two accounts

Unfortunately, there’s no way of merging 2 Ea Accounts for cross progression to take affect. You must have your platforms linked to the same main EA Account beforehand.
