can I regain the skins I've lost in apex during the cross-progression?
During cross-progression i had 2 accounts one aka my ps4 account which is higher level (LEVEL 262) and another account which is my pc account aka the lower level one (LEVEL 100) i was wondering if i could obtain the skins i had acquired previously on the pc account because i had grinded my life away to obtain the skins, I've also lost a large portion of my crafting metals and legend tokens

It looks like the Steam account linked to this EA account was just recently linked.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
The only way to try recovering access to any PC content would be to move that Steam account back to its original EA account where that was initially unlocked. I'm afraid there isn't a way to transfer or move progress from one EA account to another.
