Can I transfer my progress from PC to PS5?

Can I transfer my progress from PC to PS5? I haven’t played on PS5 before, only on PC. What do I need to do? Just link my EA and PSN account?

    Hey @Slikololx,

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. With Cross Progression you're able to access that progress on an EA account with any connected platforms.

    In this case, you wouldn't be transferring the progress necessarily, but you'd be able to access it with both PC and PS5 if you have those platforms linked.

    If you've never played on PS5 before, you'll just need to link your PSN account to the same EA account where you play on PC. 

    That won't transfer the progress as you'll still be able to access it on PC as well, so you'll have access to any non-platform exclusive content on both platforms going forward.

    I played on pc(steam) and I wanted to move my progress to ps5 when it came out and when I downloaded the game I got a new fresh lvl 1 account. I have same ea profile linekd to my ps5 and steam and now when I downloaded the game again I still have the same lvl 1 account on my ps5 and not steam account that had legends unlocked and all skins and levels. Can I transfer my progression or no?

    I just bought a PS5, too. I have linked my accounts. I am only using The Sims 4 on the PS5. I do not have any of my game saves, and cannot figure-out how to download all of the content I bought in Origins and the EA app for the game. 

    Can someone help with this please? Or should I create a separate thread?
