Can not enter Ranked

We’ve been experiencing a major server outage since April 2, and since then, I’ve been unable to play Ranked Matches. I’ve contacted EA multiple times and done everything I can, but the issue remains unresolved. Many players in East Asia are facing this problem, so please fix it as soon as possible.
