Can not play apex (white screen, new error code)

i am unable to play apex. first, it showed me a white screen when i loaded the game, then, there was a page for the new terms and conditions and whenever i press “i accept” it sends me this error code: Lost connection to EA servers (Domain eadp::ServerError Code 102154) See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. and whenever i press retry, it goes back to the white screen and the terms and conditions.

i have been experiencing a lot of problems with apex’s servers these past few months. First, it was “attempting connection, unable to connect to EA servers, CODE: LEAF” then this white screen with the new terms and conditions page and the new error code. Maybe this problem is regional?? i live in saudi arabia and we, saudis who have STC wifi, have been experiencing the first issue of not being able to connect to ea servers. maybe this new problem is connected?
