Can not play apex (white screen, new error code)

i am unable to play apex. first, it showed me a white screen when i loaded the game, then, there was a page for the new terms and conditions and whenever i press “i accept” it sends me this error cod...

Hello, I went from PC to PS5 and when I start the game it’s won’t connect and say this error code 102154. Any help ?
