Cannot Connect to EA Server

Hey everyone, hoping someone from EA or anyone who's dealt with this can help.

My Apex Legends started failing to connect to EA servers on October 3rd. I played completely fine the night before, so this came out of nowhere. The game shows "Unable to connect to EA Servers" most of the time. Once I got Code 408 instead, but it went right back to the generic error after that.

After a lot of digging, here's what I found. The EAAntiCheat.GameService never actually registers on my system, under any name, no matter what I do.

Here's what I checked:

Running sc query EAAntiCheat.GameService returns "service does not exist."

Running sc queryex type= service | findstr /i "EA" shows no EA related services at all.

Running pnputil /enum-drivers | findstr /i eaanticheat shows no driver installed.

I manually ran EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe and used the Repair option. The log shows "Install success" and "ServiceInstall success," but the service still doesn't exist afterward, even after a full restart.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\EAAntiCheat.sys does not exist.

C:\ProgramData\EA does not exist at all, even right after the installer reports success.

Things I've already tried and ruled out:

Did a full clean uninstall with Revo Uninstaller, then reinstalled fresh through Steam

Checked Windows Defender's protection history, nothing was quarantined

I don't run any third party antivirus

Turned off Memory Integrity (Core Isolation), rebooted, tested again, no change

Secure Boot is on

Test signing is off, confirmed with bcdedit /enum

Checked ProgramData folder permissions, nothing unusual

Ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup Image /RestoreHealth, neither found anything to fix

Windows is fully updated, no pending updates

Reset my router

Checked Event Viewer system and application logs around the install attempts, nothing relevant shows up

Contacted my ISP and had them change my IP address, problem persisted

Flushed DNS cache and tested with alternate DNS servers

Did a full windows reinstall, nothing changed.

My system specs for reference:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

GPU: PowerColor Reaper RX 9070 XT

Motherboard: MSI PRO B650-S Wifi

RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5-7200 CL34, currently running at 6000MT/s

PSU: Corsair HX850 Platinum

OS: Windows 11, build 26300.9457

Any help is appreciated, this has been a frustrating couple days.
