Cannot create log files when apex crashes

Hi all,

My Apex legends is crashing from time to time (intermittently and cannot see a pattern). So i want to diagnostic the logs that can be generated in apex. From what i've read they're supposed to be in C:/theusernameonthecomputer/documents/

But the problem is that there is no logs there at all.

In the origin application i go to > application settings > diagnostics > and turn on "Origin In-Game logging" it flips to green but next time i open it it's back to grey and disabled again.

The game itselfs creates dump-files (.dmp) in

\Origin Games\Apex\Crashpad\db\

But i guess that's propietary for the origin people who can open and diagnose them.

Any tips on what to try to get the logging going, i need to start troubleshooting and find out what's what.

Hope for some answers!

    Hi @roohimself

I appreciate you following up. I'm sorry to hear you've still been running into crashes.

Were you ever able to try setting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference at all? If not, can you give that a shot and see if it helps? If these crashes are related to something else running on the PC that might help to get around it. For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you've had a chance to try it out.

    Thanks!
