Cannot hear in-game voice chat when recording

Hi when I replay my recorded games in my PS4/PS5 I can't hear my teammates. I have no problems when we're in Playstation's party chat and can hear everyone but one of my friend is in PC so we have to...

    @EA_Atic Hi. I have the same problem but my friend is on Xbox instead and im on ps4. I can confirm that this also happens when your not in a cross-play party.

      @firemighty05 What sucks the most is that the voice chat stops during loading times as well. Unfortunately I haven't got a solution except for maybe getting an elgato to record. Apex feels like a PS3/360 game sometimes. lol.

    @EA_Atic  you didn't answer or solve the problem of the thread. We cannot hear in game recording of our friends through game chat. Neither same console nor crossplay platforms. Is there a solution?  Content is going to waste without this feature? Please respond i tried scouring the web but found NO EA REPLY BUT THIS.
